127.0.0.1:62893 is a type of debugger which appear when you cannot connect to target port. There are two parts of this error:
One is 127.0.0.1 which is a localhost of the ipaddress mentioned above. It operates in the same way that a loopback address which directs to your local machine does it. It may be compared to a dialogue that you carry on with yourself. The second part is 62893 which is the port number. There are multiple reason to use this such as sending and receiving data.
