X-Server Hero league problem

I have tryed now for some days to join x- Server Hero League, I got no x-tra wings or mounts so it’s my real BR 4.518.164 and I’m lvl 117, still it say on the screen that I can’t join – Participation Requirenment not met. Reach lvl 90 and 400.000 BR or above. We who can’t participat miss a lot of goodie stuff.

I can see the bug is kind of fixed, a bit sad we on Starfire haven’t been able to play X-server hero league and has missed out on goodie stuff during this time and also a bit left behind vs. server Daybreak as an exemple, any compensation for us?

At the moment it’s all in chines (I think) so it still need some fixing

Now the event is available for you.
To open the option “X-server Hero League”, firstly you need to have a fight in the “Hero League”.

I have been able to fight the “normal Hero League” that problem was the X-server Hero League, on Starfire server.

As on Daybreak server that open same time as Starfire, I have played Hero League and now on the list for the X-server Hero league Tourment that starts tomorrow, I have place my bets. etc. also been able to loot the reward chest.

On Starfire I have been playing normal Hero League a lot and now the chines x-server league tourment list is gone even the icon. So I wounder why can’t we play the Tourment that starts tomorrow? Now the X-Server Hero League icon is gone on Starfire server..

Yes I have a Galaxina character on both server about similary level.

I wrote wrong Tourment doesn’t start until 11 of sept.

And we on Starfire server will miss to be able to make bets as that has to be done before 11 of september and to be allowed to loot that chest with goodie stuff.. My say you acting very nonchalant and like you not caring 🙁

All the information has been transferred to a technical specialist.We are sure that the “battles” will be available next season.Please, don`t forget to take part in the “Hero League”, this is a mandatory condition.

I understand it take time for tech. specialist to fix this, and yes I play the Hero League every day. I think I got a bit annoyed at you because the language barrier it sounder like, shrug the shoulders and who care.. when you answer.. “Then we’ll have to wait 11 september.” So no hard feelings 🙂
