Trouble with In-Game Events Not Registering Progress?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been playing on Esprit Games for a while now, and recently I’ve run into an issue where my progress in certain in-game events isn’t being tracked properly. For example, I completed the required tasks for a limited-time event, but the game isn’t registering my actions, and I’m not receiving the rewards.

I’ve already tried refreshing, clearing my cache, and even switching devices, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known fix or workaround?
