Hey. I have been with Dollar Shave Club for many years and have always loved the products and they have always had great customer service. But the last time I received items that I didn’t order, and when I discovered this, I was a little upset. I found dollar shave club customer service contacts and called them to resolve the issue. They listened to me carefully and after a few days sent exactly the products that I had signed up for, in addition, they added another product as compensation.
