This is day 2 and still only a black screen if you can’t fix I suggest you refund the money that I put into this game.

This same thing happened to our server on 17 where the game was down on December 25th and 26th I wrote a support about missing out on some valuable end of month daily check-in rewards one of them was multiple wing shards. I never heard a word back other than they received the ticket. there have been MANY other smaller instances and other than getting a message that they will look into it, it’s never resolved

The lack of information is unacceptable. Very poor customer experience and will be reflected in my review of this game where it is available. VERY disappointed
