To understand the situation, we need logs. When you are again unable to log in through the fb, follow these steps:

Open Explorer, paste the line there:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\

(where USERNAME is indicated – enter the name of your computer)
The computer name can be viewed in the system properties.

C:\Users\Artem\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\
