Future of the game

Dear Chesster,
I know our team hear this question very offen but we didn`t got a enjoy answer. I’m staying on lvl 119 now since three monthes, many users finished weekly there accounts.
You open every 2nd week a new server, ingame your team do nothing.
I think the gamer have a right that your company give us a timetable, what you want to do to enjoy all gamers. If not I’m the next Account and finished.
